e. Sarrouh, the Voice Assistant, and Its Memory
Sarrouh is a voice assistant inside the Sareeh app, available to signed-in users only. When you use it:
Voice: your voice passes through our servers to Google Cloud (Vertex AI) to be understood and answered in real time. We do not keep any audio recording, on our servers or anywhere else.
Conversation text: we keep the text of what you said, what Sarrouh answered, and the names of the tools used (such as a place search) for 30 days to improve the service, after which it is deleted automatically. We keep only the length and number of conversations, without their content, to apply the daily usage limit and for statistics.
Location: if you allow the app to use your location, it is used only to search for places near you during the conversation, and is not saved with the conversation.
Memory (optional): if you turn on memory in the app, Sarrouh keeps a short summary of your previous conversations to serve you better next time: the areas you search in, the places you mentioned visiting, the tastes you expressed, and one short line about each of your last five conversations. This summary is prepared after the conversation ends, using Google's Gemini model.
What memory never keeps: the names of people with you or your relationship to them, phone numbers, and any sensitive personal information.
Your control: you can turn memory off at any time in the app, or delete it entirely with the "Clear her memory" button, and it is deleted immediately. It is also deleted automatically when you delete your account.
Reviews: Sarrouh never publishes a review without your explicit approval; it is published from your own account and marked as voice-assisted.
f. «Lammet Sareeh» Community Events
What we keep: when you register for an event, we keep your registration status (registered, on the waitlist, attended, absent, cancelled), the time you registered, your ticket code, and the time you were checked in when your ticket is scanned at the door.
What other attendees see: only your first name and photo, and only if you chose "Show my name among attendees". You can hide your name when you register.
Your phone number and email: seen only by the Sareeh team to organise the event. We never share them with the host place or anyone else.
Attendance: we use the attendance record to apply the participation rules: two absences without cancelling within 90 days pause registering for new events for 30 days.
Payment: we collect no payment information. Sareeh takes no money; every attendee pays for themselves at the place.
Notifications: we only send notifications about events you registered for: a reminder, a change of time or place, a cancellation, or a seat that opened up for you.
Deletion: your event registrations are deleted when you delete your account.

When you delete your account: we delete your account and its content, and keep only an irreversible encrypted fingerprint of your phone number (not the number itself) to stop the number being reused to sign up for fraud or review manipulation.
